Stay well away from, I spent £2000 for a week here which was unfortunately cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I emailed the hotel asking if we could change the dates or receive a partial credit and they just laughed. Scam.
very dated hotel, staff not helpful, broken safe in room that took over a day to fix, only needed new batteries. non existent housekeeping, turned up at 5pm to clean room. Pool dirty and full of debris, carpet stains, lift broken for over a mo th, AC unit dated and noisey. would not stay here ever again
RecommendedIts reopen with new management !! stop by the bar is open, Happy hour 6 om to 10 PM poolside ,
We received an email from their general manager saying the hotel was closing down on 9/17/18 until further notice and canceled our reservation in November. We have not received a credit on our credit card. Has anyone else experienced this? UPDATE: 9/28/18 and we still do not have a refund for their cancellation.
