I ordered a $500.00 jet pump. It arrived with the plastic housing shattered and in pieces. Have called and left messages on three different days, but to no avail. Emailed through their website. No response yet. Frustrated and feeling robbed.
No service! They do not answer the phones. I paid for two day shipping and still have not received the product a week later.
Gotta say, I was impressed! I was referred to them and called in for several items I was looking for. Like anyone else, I'm looking for good pricing when shopping, but the customer service usually associated with online/over the phone purchases is nothing to brag about and you keep your fingers crossed till the order comes in. I order all my Hot Tub supplies from here, from the low prices to the great customer service this company is awesome! I've noticed that like a fine wine this company is only getting better with age. If you aren't buying your hot tub supplies from this company then you are missing out!!!
This company is making strides that show they have are a growing company and the sky is the limit for them.
I placed an order on February 8th and have not yet received this order after countless emails asking for an answer with no reply not good :((
I paid for overnight shipping because they said it would arrive the next day. When my order was not shipped until the next day for the following day delivery they would not give me a refund to at least accommodate for 2nd day shipping. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!
Excellent Service. Ordered filters and supplies on 1/11/17 and received on 1/14/17 with regular ground shipping. They apparently got right on my order. Will definitely order from them again.
I ordered a $500+ pump along with 2 day shipping on 11/22. I still have not received his order, nor do I have tracking information. I have made several attempts to call and email this company with ZERO communication back. There wasn't even an acknowledgment of receipt of my correspondence. I do not recommend using this company if you're in a time crunch, if you like good customer service, or if you'd like to be acknowledged when you have an issue. I am very disappointed and still awaiting rectification.
