Still waiting on my hot tub cover ordered 6 1/2 weeks ago. They said 2-4 weeks for delivery.
My husband ordered a part for his Hot Springs hot tub from Hot Tub Spa Supplies. Well, they took his money right away, but over a week later, he still does not have his part, with no indication of if or when it will ever arrive. Very poor customer followup.
Placed my order a week ago and no word about it's status of shipping. I have tried calling and left messages. My advice is do business with another company.
Worthless company. Called me to say they was shipping a different part than what I orderd. If any problems call them.HECK NO 3 MONTHS NO RETURN CALL OR EMAILS. DONT ORDER FROM THEM
If I could give a zero rating, I would. Have emailed this company numerous times because they never shipped the filter that I purchased. They said they were sending it..and never have. Months later, still trying to get filter or a refund. If not resolved this week will be filing complaint with Mastercard as well as every review site that I can find.
Quality operation and fast service ,I will use again for sure
