I ordered 3 filters and a stand pipe received the stand pipe but not the filters as everyone else has said they won't answer my phone calls it's been over a month since I ordered them . This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I don't know how they are still in business don't order anything from them they SUCK!!!!
I ordered a part and after some time a package came with the wrong part. They sent a return label and I returned it. I received an email stating that the part I returned wasn’t theirs. It was the part they sent me! No one answers the phone or returns my calls and I have been unable to get a refund. I wouldn’t order from this business. **update: after this post I was contacted again by email. I replied with details and I was issued a full refund thru PayPal the next day.
This outfit is horrible. They charged my credit card when my order was placed in spite of the fact they didn't have any of the items. I have been chasing them for over 4 weeks and have finally been successful in getting a refund. They do not answer the phone and only occasionally respond to emails. BEWARE!!
