First time ordering and Part came within the week was very happy. Part wasn't working correctly so I asked them if I could return it and get another. A week later the Part came and every thing is working great, Back sitting in my Hot tub nothing better.
Terrible customer service! Would not recommend using these people at all!!!
Made an order, received the wrong part, called numerous times and company won't answer phone calls or return voice mails. DO NOT order from this company!!
I will never order from this company again. I have called this number and left five messages without a return call. I ordered a spa cover and no where to be found!!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before I even ordered. I could have gotten them locally and a lot Paying $150.00 more thinking I would get better service and faster delivery. I was totally wrong......
My order was made over 3 weeks ago and has yet to arrive. UPS transferred the order to USPS, I asked this company to check on the status. They said I should call UPS rather than their providing customer service. DON'T order from them if you want your product to arrive or to get any sort of customer service.
Ordered a cover in April and have yet to get anything from this company on shipping. They charged my credit card but i cant get an answer of where it is. Ive called and emailed numerous times with no luck. Do not waste your time with this company. �

I purchased from these folks through Amazon and had a very good experience. Product showed up quickly, exactly as ordered. They actually sent me two of the item, instead of one, but told me I could keep the extra one. Very nice. I'd order from them again.
