they sent wrong part said they would ship out correct part that day still do not have the part. try calling nobody answers
I spoke with a salesman told him I needed a 6K... read the numbers off the old one. He sent it to me for almost $400. Took 2 weeks to heat only to 95 deg. its a 1.5K won't return numerous contacts BAD BUSINESS.. CROOKS

issue my credit to my credit card for seals that were returned to your company 3 weeks ago. order number 110049906. Very poor service. i am in the service industry too and would not retain clients if i didn't follow up on matters like this.
