I just got home from stopping in there. I got my tragus pierced. I'm in love with the outcome of it and I love the customer service of the guys down there. 10/10 will be back for more. They were super knowledgeable on everything and even said what piercing would fit my ear shape and what wouldn't. They definitely care about their customers. Thank you again!

Went to the Oakland shop. Best experience ever. I was super nervous about getting pierced but will was the best and talked me thru the whole way. Will definitely be coming back here for all my piercings from now on
Last month (Feb 12, 2018) I went to the shop to get my nipples pierced. William was the piercer and he also had an apprentice with him. They were both very informative on the process as well as after care. It hurt like an absolute b*tch but it was quick and they took care of me, getting me a cup of cold water, a cold towel to put on my forehead and consistently making sure I was okay ( I can be a fainter). I visited the Oakland location today and Tim did an awesome job helping me adjust and pick the right jewelry for my septum piercing ( which I also had pierced there in November ). So happy with the result. This place rocks!
Got my nipples pierced 2 days ago and everyone who worked here was so nice , super professional , and extremely informative . I honestly won't go anywhere but here for my future piercings , definitely worth every cent!
