I see the reviews seem mostly negative on service .. it's a small establishment so people should expect a little wait .. we were visiting SA and this was recommended by a local .. got there around 9pm was told the wait was 45 min but we're told we could sit at the bar and even order and eat there if we wanted .. order the Hamburger roll!!! Nicely weird atmosphere, great service, and the food... everything we had was amazing!
I walked in with a birthday cake and I was told there is a $25 charge for having an outside cake! They only had 2 choices of desserts. Twice fried chicken was good. Tried the tiki drink similar to a mojito but it wasn't good nor near a mojito. The music was just plain loud. The decor was nice. Not recommending for a birthday celebration that would involve a cake!
Exquisitely curated menu, care driven staff, masterful execution of flavor profiles. Probably already on the list of many local foodies, but definitely a must add to any travel guide for visitors. If this is the "lame" San Antonio is famous for, show me more.
Awesome service (Haley), great food. Miss the old menu. Wish they still served lunch, dinner is a bit pricey. Gotta try it!
Service is horrible!!! Employees are incredibly rude! Female Manager included. They act like their shit don't stink. You're downtown. Not in stone oak. And this isn't the first time this happens.
