Chef Hastings has created an incredible experience with amazing food. We sat at the Chef's table and so enjoyed watching the cooks create beautiful plates and learning their tricks of the trade. From the stoneware to the lighting to Chef Hasting's visit with us, everything at Hot and Hot Fish Club is carefully considered. I will be back soon.
The service was okay however it was very over priced for the tiny portions that came with the entrees. I was wondering where the sides are as it looked as if it was just garnishes. We even ordered an appetizer which was so tiny (which is laughable). To top it off is that it was my birthday which my husband had mentioned over the phone when he made reservations and my husband was told that they would bring out a glass of champagne for my bday...did that happen?...the answer is no. While the food was great the service was horrible. When we walked in the hostess wasn’t there, she then showed up and stated “there’s your table”. No one showed us to our table or took my coat. 10 min later we got our server to come. The dinner service was fine but our desserts came out separately when they were ready. The best service was the parking attendant. I spent $150 on dinner.... the food was good but I won’t ever be back. No wonder there were open reservations on Open Table.
Always a pleasant dining experience at Hot & Hot Fish Club. Always tasty and unique food preparation. And you will not leave overstuffed.
