This center has the most wonderful, caring, compassionate Nurses, CNA’s, volunteers, Chaplain, absolutely everyone we encountered were just so wonderful during such a difficult time. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
During my Father’s final days, my Sister and I made the decision to transition him to comfort measures with hospice care. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided an extraordinary level of compassion and support. My mother-in-law was there for three days before she died. She was 96 years old and very sick. Everyone who took care of her did so with compassion, sensitivity, and professionalism. Diana & Kelly were just two of the many who were so very supportive, not just of my mother-in-law but myself and my husband. Unfortunately I didn't get everyone's name to thank them individually. I would highly recommend this facility.
Beware. If a Hospice representative suggests that your loved one go to a this facility, think twice. My loved one checked in this facility to get relief from a pain in his side. Upon admission, he was told that he can stay for five days. If well after five days, he would be sent home. Day one - They prescribed morphine injections every six hours. Day 2 & 3 - They increased the morphine injections to every four hours. Day 4 (morning) - The nurse relayed a message from the Doctor. This message was that my loved one was alert. ... read more
