They were on time, tech. was great, very easy to work with. I'm happy with the service.
Office personnel needs some work, but Xavier our technician was great. I was a first time customer and was told we should expect our technician between 8am and noon. At 1pm, no word at all, so I called the office and was told there was a glitch in the system. Not a very good first impression. Technician told us they had us scheduled for afternoon.

In the COVID era, Hoskin's seems to get better and better at providing whole house protection, even getting spider webs out of our pool cage! They are our choice for home protection for the foreseeable future!
On time, great technician, but best of all NO MORE BUGS!
They do a wonderful job of keeping our place free of insects. Chuck is very thorough and always calls prior to his planned arrival. I am 100% satisfied with their service.

The quality of the service depends on which Technician visits your home on any given appointment. Some are outstanding and do a very thorough job. Others take less than 3 minutes and do a casual, obtuse walk around of your house with their little backpack spray gear. Those visits are wholly unsatisfactory and not worth the money you pay. Greater consistency in the technicians work and training that insured compliance would likely solve the problem.
