We just called Hoskins to maintain our park area for our HOA. It's about 90K SF. We met Robert. He was great! Now, a few days later we have actually had compliments from our homeowners how all the Fire Ant hills are now gone! I know this wasn't easy for Robert. There were so many they looked like gofer hills in a prairie. Thanks a bunch Robert! You did great. Look forward for you to keep maintaining our park area. Thanks!

Jennifer was exceptionally courteous and informative. The only negative was that we did not know she was coming, but that's not worth subtracting a star from her performance.

Your Technician Matt preforms his duties with confidence and is courteous and pleasant. I have appreciated having your companies pest service and have no issues. However, Your accounts receivable employee emails unpaid invoices when I pay with a check on day of service given to the tech. They need to post payments before sending invoices. This month I received two email statements requesting payment, they day after service.

Our technician, Chuck, was on time and explained everything he was going to do on this service call. This was very comforting as this is a new home for us and we wanted to know all the details. We have not had any problems since, so we can assume everything is working as it should.

Brian was here yesterday for our first visit. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Even Lilly, our cat, gave him her seal of approval. Great service!

So far you have given very good service. I was worried when the company was sold to an out of town company and am still watching for unwarranted changes in my service. One of the main reasons i had stayed with your company is Hank (my lawn service man) he is great. He is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He is not satisfied unless I am satisfied, so what more could you ask for.

We restarted the service after traveling. Xavier is our service tech, he was prompt and very nice. We are happy to be back with Hoskins . They took great care when we were with them last time and confident of their level of service.
