I used to like this company, but when you have problems, you end up talking to an agent and the agent trys to talk you out of having someone come out and see what the problem is. They have just gotten too big and they really don't care

Stay far, far away from this company. They attract you into agreeing to a service contract for a set schedule and price, only to change both at a whim at a later date! You'll find you've been charged twice what you agreed to! You've been warned!

So far so good : timely returned calls, quick to schedule and tech Jonathan was polite, professional, informative, took his time , went above and beyond to thoroughly treat- time will tell but so far , 5 stars for their service

Hoskins solved our ant issues with first treatment. They have been professional, timely, and cost effective. We have had them nearly a year and are very pleased with their work. Highly recommend them.

The community I recently moved to uses Hoskins for rat control and the previous owners of my villa used them as well for pest control inside and out. This is one reason I decided to continue service with them. A few days after the initial service I started seeing the moth cocoons again and some other bug I've never seen before. I called on Friday we set an appointment for Monday between 8-12 just like the first time they came out. By 12:30 I called to see where he was. i have been with hoskins for the last 5 years for our termite control. they do a fine job. when i called last week because i now have a minor ant problem, i signed up for the yearly bug control and they came and did what i needed, but the ants are not cooperating and they have come back twice for me. it is going to take a little time but they are doing their job. i am very happy with them.

Contacted Hoskins Pest Control for bat control. We had noticed bats entering and exiting in the outside chimney. Charlie came to house and said it would cost $1200.00 to block the entry to the chimney with netting so bats would not be able to enter. I was shocked at the quote of $1200.00, but Charlie said the main expense was due to filling, calking, replacing soffits and small potential entry points around the house so that the bats would not enter through these areas when they couldn't get into the chimney area. Salesman Charlie quoted me 1500 for attic rat mitigation and removal. Said price was so high do to the amount of work that needed done. The worker came out - only one small area needed sealed. Discussed with Charlie he said he would talk with his manager concerning price. Charlie no longer returning call. Manager was to call me within 48 hours - no response. Bill is twice as high as else where and job is still not complete. Was told I would not receive a bill until work was complete so far I have received 2. They have not co... read more
