Just bought my used Rogue a couple months ago. Tire kept loosing pressure. Took it in and there was a nail in it. They fixed it for free even though I’m pretty sure that wasn’t covered in my warranty!! Much appreciated above and beyond and fast service!! Thank you so much will continue to recommend you. This is my fifth vehicle from Hozelton!!
Worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve leased a 2018 Camry from Hoselton. Never again. Anyone can have a poor experience, but we’ve now had multiple at Hoselton. Let’s see: not performing specified service, not having the car ready, not noticing the glaring damage that a tow truck operator created when it was towed in-even though they were purportedly checking that section underneath the car, the service cashier paying more attention to a patron who kept wanting channels and volume levels changed on a TV in the waitin... read more
Worst experience dealing with this company. Still waiting on a document that was to be sent to me 2 days ago. Wish I would have purchased some where else. Very poor customer service.
