Worst customer service ever. Purchased new truck 7 weeks ago and it is now having a complete engine replacement without any authorization from the owner. No communication or answer as to what issue is or what’s being done. Only told the truck had no oil in it. The inspection was done at this location prior to us driving it off the lot!! We are now driving a equinox as rental while paying for a Silverado that’s double the cost. No one ever is available or calls you back. They have had the truck for over 2 weeks.

For Hoselton Chevrolet specifically at 909 Fairport Rd, East Rochester, NY 14445 About a month or so ago my partner and I made an appointment to take a look at a new Chevy Bolt EV that I'm interested in leasing. Hoselton made an appointment for us to test drive and discuss financing. Upon arrival and waiting nearly 30 minutes past our appointment, we learned the vehicle was not on the lot nor was the sales rep willing to discuss financing with us as he was too busy closing another deal. Worst service and customer service ever!!! Extremely rude!! Took forever with my Toyota and never fixed it properly! Then they wanted more money to fix it property!! Never will I take another vehicle there again!!!
