RecommendedHad some "issues" regarding a scheduled appointment to get new tires put on and with the shuttle service at the Nissan dealership. I spoke with Guy Kaplan the Service Manager and he assured me that those kind of incidents are not the "norm" at Hoselton. I'm always willing to give someone a second chance so I guess we'll see what happens next time.
Had a great experience at Hoselton. Went to two other Toyota dealerships in Rochester and Hoselton was by far the best. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The salesman who helped me, Phil, was wonderful!! He said he would get me a great deal and he did. More importantly, I never felt pressured to buy like I did at the other dealerships. I am very happy with my car buying experience.

I love working for Hoselton Nissan! I've been here for over 3 years and I love the product as well as everyone I work with. I can't say enough about Drew and Riley and just how wonderful they are to work for. I am very fortunate and grateful to be part of the Hoselton family.

Not Satisfied with my last service. I had to take my minivan in for sliding door repairs and a recall and I got the van back with black sticky substance on my door that I cannot get off. Also my back seat had dirt or grease prints on it apparently from the mechanics working on it. Was very disappointed.
Excellent service and value. Al Morris is great and explained everything about my new 4 Runner.
I had a great experience buying my car- Gene and Joe were fantastic...however it was a bummer when the thank you letter from Drew Hoselton came addressed to my husband...and just my husband. He didn’t buy the car, I did. The car I traded in was in my name and the car I bought was also only in my name. Would have been nice if he thanked the actual purchaser - a woman- and not my husband instead. Kind of puts a damper on the whole purchase.
