I just had my 40K service done. Service department personnel were, as usual, professional, personable, thorough and quick. I've never had a bad experience at Hoselton.
I recently leased a Toyota Corolla from Hoselton. I had a fantastic experience working with my sales rep, James. I was greeted by friendly faces, spoke with one of the owners briefly (who was super friendly!), and completely enjoyed the time I spent there. I wasn't hassled at all. I just purchased my new SUV from Hoselton (my 3rd vehicle from there). The experience was wonderful, easy, and comfortable. I haven't always has the best experiences with Hoselton, but I appreciate them going above and beyond this time around. What a great atmosphere. I have never felt so welcomed in a dealership before.
I left in disappointment... waited an hour and an half for an oil change after being told it would be about 45 mins. (and yes, I had an appointment).
My girlfriend has a 2009 Toyota Rav...after a recall part was incorrectly installed we took it to Vanderstyne Toyota who looked it over and Said that Hoselton Toyota Service department should take care of it...well after speaking with 3 or 4 managers at Hoselton bringing the vehicle there 2 times and getting nowhere we informed Vanderstyne of the situation...Vanderstyne took care of the problem.Extremely disappointed as I've been a Hoselton customer for years...I had family work there as well.Hoselton no longer has any of my... read more
