Shout out to Hoselton Auto Mall for marking my battery as “good” when its actually running at 55 and should be at 485!! Not knowing anything about cars, I look to their sticker on my window as a reference. I go for an oil change and end up getting a tire rotation too. They call me with 3, yes THREE, other car issues but fail to mention my basically DEAD battery!!! When I spoke to the manager, he seemed to care less, and all he said was he would speak to the workers... which how do I know he actually would?!
We have been shopping for a new car for a couple of months and initially found Hoselton Nissan through an online search. Their website was great and we quickly found the car we were looking for. We initiated communications through the website and were impressed with the quick follow up and knowledge of all the people involved. Today marks the fourth or fifth time in the past three years I've had something annoying happen to me (as it relates to my car). This evening, it was a flat tire. Regardless of what the issue is, every single time I've taken my car in for service, sometimes unannounced (due to the circumstances), Hoselton Toyota comes through.
