First off, had to return there on two different occasions because they screwed up the paperwork. Then, had to return because alignment was bad. They argued with me about it but finally fixed it (this was within the first week). Then the check engine light came on when we had only driven it for 1200 miles. They refused to fix it because "it is out of warranty." Now, I've had it for only 4 months, drove it less than 4000 miles, and every single dash light comes on. Overall, my experience was good. You can never tell if a part is defective until you install it. I was not inconvienced at all. Service dept was quick, thorough, and friendly. Thank you for your service Terry DeRouen-Santiago

Thanks to the rude behavior of your sales mgr. we leased from Dorschel last night. In a dozen vehicles our family has purchased we have never had a worse experience at a dealership.

Now THIS is a class act dealer. They accommodated me very nicely when they didnt have to (wont get into details!). My new home. Highly recommended
