We are very satisfied with the customer service from our knowledgeable salesperson Brian Stapleton. We have made three car purchases within the last three months from Hoselton. Our two daughters made their first car purchases and we feel Brian guided them and informed. He was easy to work with and a very patient salesman, that even came in to accommodate their schedule. Thank You Brian.
The service department at Hoselton Chevy is the best. Fair and honest are not usually what comes to mind when describing car dealers, but this is your service department all the way. From the guys in service, to the staff at the front desk, you all go above and beyond during every visit. Thank you.
I usually don't spout out on Fb , however if anyone is even thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Hozelton auto mall , think twice ... NO ETHICS! They always say if your wronged at a dealership then word of mouth will hurt a business , well here it is , Hozelton auto mall is unethical they way they treat people .
Joe Centsnni in pre-owned is hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with. Not only did he give me his complete attention and treat me like I was his only client, giving me all the time I needed, but I felt comfortable enough to send my wife to him the next day knowing that he would treat her with the utmost respect and do what was best for her and Us. I would highly recommend him to anyone! We will definitely be back!
