I cant believe I encouraged my husband to STOP gaming at Majestic and turn his BLACK card in to be a Diamond player at Horseshoe. We went to see Rain on 4/28/18 they were awesome! I could actually hear them great sound and a real mellow show! The Venue is a nice place to catch a show. However, I ran into a problem at the table games. I had 2 glasses of wine during the show 2 more after in a 4 hour time frame.That one drink an hour From 8pm til after midnight. Disgustingly smokey and a scary breed of people there. Felt like I was in the movie Deliverance there. Nice theater but I will go straight to my car next time after the show, and hope I don’t get robbed.

I Went To Get Tickets for A Concert & My Hubby & I decided to stay, I didn’t realize Buffet opens At 3:00 p.m & wanted to stay for that, so played some penny machines I Won 840.00 & was on a Roll, collected my winnings & tried one more penny machine - I Won another 324.00 just in time to get in line for Awesome buffet!, us d my points to get 1/2 price on one of meals , Staff at Horseshoe are friendly & I also got to see some of my old school friends there! Well run nice venue awesome sound quality. My only complaint is getting out of the parking garage after the concert it was the worst! Staff are very helpful and friendly too
The atmosphere there was great. Food at the buffet, fabulous! And the concert was ran and handled by far the best I've seen yet!

We’ve been to numerous concerts st your venue. This time we were treated very badly by one of uour staff. She got up in my husbands face and argued with him. Very confrontational. Sad and disappointing. We will be calling and speaking to a manager.
