This is my 5th visit to the poker room at horseshoe and from the start to the end was a terrible experience. By far the worst costumers service in the USA. I just went to the podium and ask for 1-2 and the woman, with a bad attitude ask me my initials and almost yelled at me...WHATTTT? Then she told me "you are on the list" and I ask her to have some chips and she roll over her eyes and she change my money. Jack Binion’s has delicious food. Want to go back just for the lamb and delicious drink named Southpaw. The bartender at Binion’s was the only one working the night of July 20th. Don’t remember his name but he was very professional and gracious while working his a$$ off. Our waitress, Lauren, was also very nice. The Venue is great for concerts. They have a nice sound system and the theater is just big enough for a more intimate feeling. Had a great time at the roulette table too. Just didn’t like the smell of cigarette smoke... read more
4th row center. Great seats.
The venue was really very nice! The seats were pretty good and where we were sitting had a great view! The only real problem was that smoking is allowed throughout the casino. My partner and I found it quite nasty! Yuck!

The 360 pizza place isn't worth the money. There bread sticks are bland and dont have any seasoning on them. The pizza is ok nothing too brag a out.
The show was great casino was good too looking forward to going back again soon .
The seats are very snug...have to get very comfortable with persons sitting on both sides of you....
