went to Horseshoe today 3-27-2019 (wed) went to get something to eat at H-Burger restaurant and had to wait for my food for awhile come to find out it was sitting on the counter for about 5-10 minutes. when I went up to the lady who was working the register she said page my device but never went off so I said I would like a new Burger she proceeded to it in the Garbage then a minute later she took it out of the Garbage and handed to the Cook who put it back on the Grill so I got a refund and left and not going back

The venue is well run. We always get the suite and the seats are comfortable there and the employees are pleasant. However the casino is filled with smoke. I’m annoyed because people are permitted to play two slot machines at the same time and management does nothing. Management also does nothing about the panhandling that takes place around the dice table and around the casino. Someone is always begging for my husband to give money. They make you walk through a smoky casino full of losers just to get to the buffet and the venue.
great show had a great time
Tough to get to and pretty sketchy surroundings in general
Nice concert experience. Easy parking and food.
