Wonderful service, friendly employees. However, the clientele is so ghetto and rude!!! Horseshoe really needs to start throwing the non playing bums out!
Horrible smoke everywhere!!! The non-smokers area was small and the air vents didn’t work!! Horrible casino!! Great shows.

I had the worse experience here. I witnesssed an older woman who by the way was a diamond player get asked to leave after she simply asked a craps dealer to step back so she could shoot. The dealer was rude, ignorant and GHETTO. The dealer was leaning into the table which was blocking the shooting path of the player. I will never ever play another dollar in this place or step foot into this place again. Alot of the female table dealers and loud, ignorant and GHETTO. Great atmosphere plenty of Room as far as seating viewing great just an amazing experience & fun.
Loved it went to a concert to see bev bill devoe and Bobby Brown
