worst sports book that I have ever encountered. A complete embarrassment and very poor reflection on the casino and its team
We stopped in to gamble a little after the Reba show. I’d bought my wife an expensive Reba hoodie as a souvenir. Not half an hour into playing some slots someone stole her jacket right off the back of her chair. I know it could happen anywhere but the overall crowd at the horseshoe is so different from Blue Chip where we usually go. And the slots were so tight the machines wouldn’t even let you play a little. We may go back for future shows but definitely not to gamble
great venue, amazing acoustics, great staff.
Ease oh getting here. The only thing I don't like Is that they allow smoking

I had a horrible experience at horseshoe casino July 22nd 2019. My car passenger door was Very Badly damaged. I was a guest at the casino. When I arrived back at my car I was surprised at the damage to my car door. I talked with the casino security manager he was horrible. He kept implying that maybe the damage was already there when I entered the garage no it was not.
