Last night i was at the casino with my husband,, we were there for 2 nites in a roll ,, i was really upset becuse i got hurt, i sat on a chair by a slot a machine an the chair slid down real fast on my leg (my cafe) twice i think the chair was broken.I made a report an im bruised up pretty bad on my leg , we left after 15 mints i could not take the pain any longer ,, you guys need to fix them chairs there horrible 😡😡😥

My wife and I attended a VIP event at Horseshoe Hammond Saturday July 28th. We got there early to play and enjoy the buffet. My wife stepped up to the comp kiosk first and printed her free buffet ticket. I then slid my card, no comps of any kind. I cannot remember the last time I got a food comp.
