Haven’t been to Horseshoe in a while, hoped service at the cashier service got better, but no, had to wait in long lines again. Need to try a place with better service !
We ate at the buffet before the show. The seats was very comfortable. Gladys Knight is fabulous and Brian McKnight was good also. We will return
I'm not much of a gambler but I'll tell you what!!!! The food at the buffet was great....very nice selection and the desserts were delicious. Wish I could have tried them all����� I'll definitely be back�
I was there for a concert and i loved it. The venue was large enough for a nice size crowd but not overwhelming. It was nice to hey there early, enjoy a good burger and fries and park for free. Then take a chance on winning a jackpot. It's a great outing
Great venue I have the time of my life each time I visit.
Went there to pick my mother and aunt up and decided to play around 1 am Sat night. Went to the counter to get a card. The lady took my ID and didnt come back. 20 min later another security lady takes me into some back room and leaves me to make phone calls. Evidently, my name was tagged. Dont know why. And after almost 2 hours they still have no clue. They brought in police and extra security. A little before 3am i was released without an apology and was asked if i still want a card. Hell no at this point i want to go home.... read more
