Horrible Service Department. The person who claimed himself as manger for last 20 months needs serious training in customer dealing. I have been a customer for 4 years and his rude behavior will never let me set foot in this dealership till he is there. A simple dashboard key light question (not engine light) and he says I would need to charge you $125 to tell you what that is, and then he started saying my men over here are on commission, I need to pay them. .blah blah.. Purchasing experience was better than any dealership I have purchased from. This is the third car I have purchased from More Mazda and the experience gets better and better. Jerry was my salesperson and was incredibly helpful and honest during the process, I could tell he was invested in my needs and making sure I was making a purchase that made sense for my situation. I also have to say the service side of the house is incredible too. Chad is a great service advisor.
Not a better place to buy a new Mazda!
Service at More Mazda once again has been outstanding! I went in for an oil change expecting to pay regular price and was presented with a card for free oil change and tire rotation! Final cost $6.57 after fees. They also noticed that my dashboard was warping from the sun and heat (I had not noticed it). Instead of letting it go and my warranty to expire they brought it to my attention and replaced it for free under warranty!
