Just purchased a 2016 CX-5 salesman John M was extremely helpful and patient with two senior citizens. Overall experience was good, however a little disappointed that the vehicle did not come with satellite radio or navigation installed even though the 7 inch screen lists both seems a little misleading.

When we walked into More Mazda we were very apprehensive and to be frank I dread car dealers. Butch met us outside and had a calming way about him. We gave him our story and he was very encouraging. He then introduced us to Jesse in finance and He was equally as splendid. Long story short this was bar far the greatest car buying experience we have EVER had! Came in for an oil change and was told they locked my key in the car. They asked if I had my spare on me and I didn't. They had to make a key, they did not keep me posted on if they got into the car. When I said I should not be charged for the key the service guy said "you need to warn us next time, not all locks are like that". I have an old car with non-automatic locks so I guess he meant warn him they are manual locks. I used to like this place but after this service visit I'm not so sure I will return
Easily the best Mazda dealer in Tempe, not to mention convenient since they're located close to the Intel on Chandler Blvd and Rural. :)
