Horne Mazda has the BEST customer service! I drive over an hour for the experience. I purchased my vehicle from here when other dealers told me that the price I wanted to pay was "impossible"....not for Horne Mazda! Additionally, their service department is top notch! My vehicle needed immidate service on a Saturday. I had called 4 other shops and dealerships to get my Mazda serviced. All 4 told me they were unable to help me. I went to Horne Mazda to look at a CX-5 and ended up driving off the lot with a fantastic vehicle! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me to make the the vehicle fit into my payment budget. On top of all that their financing rates are very competitive for the market. Ask for Bridgette Miller and you'll be in the best of hands!
Bought a "Certified" used CX-5 here 4 months ago..came in for my very first oil change since the purchase..and the service department is recommending a transmission fluid, coolant and brake fluid flushes.. I think either those were not checked and addressed in the "certification" process or they are trying to get another $550 dollars out of me.. Either way, as a customer, I'm not feeling good about my experience.
