Horne Mazda has the best customer service when buying a vehicle! I recommend to all my friends and family to visit this store if they are wanting to buy a Mazda, or any used vehicle as they have a wide variety to choose from. Even during construction they are doing the best job at keeping their customers happy and comfortable.
Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with my service work performed at Horne Mazda. Karl went above and beyond to make sure my '14 3 with a few issues was fixed and better than new. I was kept up to date and always knew what was going on with my pride and joy. Thank you to the entire Horne Mazda service team on a job well done.
I hate buying new vehicles... but I loved the look of the new CX-9... I visited another Mazda dealership closer to my house and also got a price from Horne Mazda... I definitely chose Horne! Insane the difference and overall experience. My sales Lady is no longer there but I will definitely continue with this dealership. The sales process was seamless and the service area is amazing. Car buying to me is something I never look forward to but I can see myself being a Mazda owner for life!
Dwayne Taylor is one of the most knowledgeable and capable sales people I've ever dealt with. Bought my CPO Miata from him and am very pleased with the whole experience. The Business Manager, Mike Phenix (yes that is the correct spelling!), made the conclusion of our transaction easy and fast. No high pressure but informative and efficient.
Ruben and Kirsten were a great help in the purchase of our mini van. No pressure sales and they even kept our kids busy while we were signing the papers. We will use them again!!!
Took 4 hours and 330 $ for my rear breaks to be replaced . 22.49 of that was for MSC.. Charge for the shop repair order seriously ??? I didnt have an apt. But if your that busy please let a customer know and offer to reschdule.I was so angry today when I woke up and saw an ad for firestone for 99$. When I was told come pay and we will pull up ypur vehicle .I waited outside for another 7 mins. Then I went back in and sat down . Lets just be Clear,I won't be going back . Update !!
