I ended up losing my dog I had a 4 year old German shepherd mix that a friend accidentally let out of the house. My dog ended up getting swiped by a car. She crawled two miles back to my house on her front paws. I took her to Horizon Veterinary Clinic. The bill was $1600. Unfortunately, they didn't do the job correctly. thank you i am unsure how to rate this vets office for as i have never been there and am looking for a local vet. but i have read the reviews and by the sounds of it, this is a no good vet. almost every other review is negative and says dont take your pet here. i saw two employees post on this website, dogging people for what they have said or heard. im sorry but the post below me is right that is very poor work ethics to write that about a previous client. by the reviews i have read, i will not take my animals here. the wor... read more
Dr. Phlaum is the best This is the best vet in NV. Very inexpensive and Knowlegeable! They genuinly care for their patients and owners. I know that he also provide animal clinics in rural areas at a very low cost. They are a true bleesing to society!
Recommended by owner of 2 dogs, 2 cats Good care, decent prices, Dr. Pflaum cares about the animals, is direct about his diagnosis, answers questions. Best to make an appointment before going. Parking can be limited during busy times.
Friendly and efficient The staff is very friendly and efficient. For new patient the wait is a bit of a wait. If your appointment is at 1:30pm, after 2:00pm to start. We love the tech here. Also, the tech that does nails was terrific. The doctor is fantastic. The location is great for us because it is walking distance. Thanks, we will be back.

Yes on Flannery no on Pflaum Flannery was a sweet vet and Phlaum was rude. I have two dogs and i've had two different experiences with them. Phlaum talked down to me when i took my pug in and told me I'd be killing her if i didn't get her fixed. Flannery saw my boxer and was super kind and not rude at all. I told him that i'd only see him from then on. The staff can be short with people b/c they get busy b/c they are affordable. I never waited long and prices have been great!
Flannery is awesome I went in today to get a quick check-up on our !3 year old cocker spaniel ;Prancer.I asked for Flannery because I was told he had a great personality. They were so right.He gave me meds for his ears before he has surgery on his hospitalization on the 21st. It was a free check up and I had no $ on me to pay for the meds; no problem.
