Gentle and Kind I needed the appointment for today and was able to bring Mili in the afternoon. The doctor explained and took her time to make sure I understood whatâs going on with Mili. The doctor was gentle and treated us both kindly. I cannot say enough good things about Horizon Vet Clinic and their extremely caring and dedicated team. They truly love animals and put their best interests above anything else and it shows.
Buyer beware and don't piss off the receiptionist Took my dog in. He couldn't lift his head up to see you, and yelped when you touched his head/shoulder area. His eyes were dilated and he was panting excessively. You could tell without knowing him something was seriously wrong. Dr. Pflaum is friendly and told us he would run tests,and keep him over-night. customer I watched this clinic being built and am one of the first patrons.I have had large and small animal all of my life and plenty of those animals required veterinary care. Care and Service have been excellent Care and Service have been excellent. We have used Horizon Vet Clinic for several years for our cats. They have always been attentive and caring in my experience. The Vet provides excellent service and does not "push" extra services that are not needed. We use Alpine whenever we have the need. Thank you to all the staff for their exceptional service.
Life Saver I am a single mother with a newborn. My little Chihuahua got stepped on and I brought him to another vet down the street. They told me that he was going to need surgery and although it was a routine surgery I had to go to a specialist across town to get it done. I called HVC in tears hoping that they could help me because I did not have the money that they had quoted me for the surgery.
