Would give 10 stars if I could I moved a few years ago, and this is certainly no longer the closest vet or animal clinic to us. However, we received such great service and care from you all in the past that I would not dare to go elsewhere. Thanks for all of your compassion.
WOW! I truly believe they saved my Ridgeback. I had been going to another vet for 2 years, I took my girl in because she was so sick and got nothing from them other than to bring her back in a week if she didn't get better. Wound up at the emergency clinic that same night with her and they got her through the night until I could get to Horizon the next morning (my 1st time there), on Saturday. Dr. Plaum was outstanding! PLEASE BEWARE, WORST PLACE. Please BEWARE!! Being very new to town I took my chances with a new vet and I took my pet to Horizon Animal Hospital to get neutered and have his dewclaws removed. If only I new it would be one of the worst decisions I have made. To start off I felt very rushed and unimportant to all the employees. Great Vet Horizon Vet clinic is the best vet I have had - the facilities are very clean, and the doctors and staff have been nothing but pleasant and efficient.
Happy/Healthy Dog - Very Happy Owner I took my 7yr old Lab to Dr. Pflaum and explained my dogs symptoms; bad breathe, drinking alots of water and urinating alot then she stop eating. Of course, I googled the symptoms myself and their was several problems she could of had. Dr. Pflaum knew exactly want was wrong with my dog (Diabetic) with severe Ketosis, which can kill your dog. Flannery's Clinic is awesome!!!! We took all of our pets to Dr. Flannery's new clinic in Boulder City. So happy he finally got it open.They do it all. My dogs are older and we seem to always have them in the clinic. This Doctor is careing, and actually takes time and talks to you so you understand whats going on and what it will take to fix the problem. Great work Horizon! KC and Dr. Pflaum are great. Horizon is so helpful and everyone is very kind. It is not a fun thing for pets or pet owners to have to take their loved ones to the vet, but Horizon does a great job of making that a very easy process for everyone.
Even Kayla loves them! Everyone here is so nice. The office smells nice and is clean. It is obvious how much they care about my daughter, I mean my pet, Kayla.
