Front desk will put you on hold for 30minutes-1 hr. Its hard to make an appointment
I arrived at 12:54 pm for a 1 pm appointment but was told by the front desk that I was late and therefore could not be seen by the doctor. The office manager (in another location) then said I could be seen since I wasn’t late and that it would be soon. I waited 1 1/2 hours while several later patients went back and then the front desk said they have “no control” over who goes back to see the doctor and there were still patients “ahead” of me.
Staff always courteous and helpful. Dr. Wang experienced and reassuring. Waiting room tidy and calming. Overall excellent.
