Kind Vet My daughter is in school in Athens and we had to take her dog in to the vet. Jeni was kind and caring as she gave us some bad news about her dog's health. She walked us through all of our options with great skill and gave us top quality care.
Simply the BEST They are the most amazing doctors in Athens and surrounding area. The staff if friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have the equipment needed to treat our pets in the most effecient way. Caring and compassion are tops on their list and it shows everytime we visit.
Staff, vet techs and vets are awesome! Everyone goes out of their way to provide outstanding care to the pets and the humans too.
#1 Vet clinic in Athens, GA After getting our new dog I could never really find a vet clinic that seemed to care as much as I did. I happened to hear about Hope Animal Medical Center from a friend and decided when it was time for his annual I would take him there. The staff was friendly from the time I called for an appointment. I have had a lot of animals in my life and been to a lot of different veterinary clinics. Hope is by far one of the BEST vets out there. From the front desk to to techs to the vets themselves, everyone understands that these aren't just pets, they're family. The staff takes the time to talk to you about what's going to happen and what options are out there. They give so much love and attention to the four legged family members that come through the door. It makes all the difference. Thank you guys so much for being amazing!
Dr. Jeni is the greatest both with my personal dogs and fosters. She was willing to try treatment on one of my girls that UGA wasn't keen on trying solely due to the fact they had never used the medication before. I have another dog with leg and hip issues who is lovingly called the piranha gator, and even she loves Dr. Jeni whereas she wanted to eat the previous vet we saw. She's begun doing well with some of the other staff too which helps me feel a bit more comfortable.

We were told by another vet in town that our 11 1/2 year old Fox Terrier mix had a herniated disc and needed muscle relaxers and crate rest for 3 weeks. Dr. Stopp told my husband about the acupuncture service offered at HOPE and we quickly made an appointment. Dobby was able to wag her tail again right after the procedure. We aren't completely out of the woods yet but definite improvements have been made! The staff was caring, supportive and knowledgeable about what was going on with our dog.
