Worst experience ever! I was charged double what i was quoted. They gave my Cat shots she already had and didn’t need. They butchered grooming her leaving her bleeding and patches of hair missing!

We understand that your experience was not as you or we had hoped. We did admit due to miscommunication we vaccinated your sweet Paisley with her annual vaccines a month and a half early and we did not charge you for this, she is good for the next year. We also did an ear cytology and recommended treatment for the findings for no charge. As for the groom, unfortunately with matted hair we must remove the fur close to where the fur is adheared to the skin. Highly recommend Hope. The vet and the staff are amazing. My husky actually loves going to the vet. Extremely clean and well priced. Won’t go anywhere else.
Hope staff is courteous and very knowledgeable in their work. They really care about our pet Cora and treat her like a queen.
