Doctor’s rude and lazy. You can be a client there and they still will refer you somewhere else. They don’t share records with departments in the same business even if surgery was done. So if you need to go back in on an emergency basis you waste your time calling because they are going to put you off even though you spend thousands of dollars there. We had an amazing experience with Dr. Adkins and her team! Dr. Adkins was kind, caring, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Going through the experience of our furry friend having and healing from a corneal ulcer has been stressful, but if we ever encounter this issue again, we know where to come!
We took our family dog, Chloe, here during the last couple weeks of her life. The staff and doctors (especially Dr. Pugh and Dr. Zimmer) were so patient, explained all the options, answered our many questions, and it felt like they understood how much we loved Chloe, reflective in their care practices.
2026 update! my pup silo was referred over from his primary care for foreign body suspicion and admitted for 24 hour care. the receptionist (didn't catch her name) was a darling and the doctors on staff gave me detailed updates throughout his stay. i work in vetmed, but would not go to another hospital for ER or overnight care <3 -thank you! from silo and lauren i work upstairs with surgery. i have taken my own baby in a few times to be evaluated by the hope center's er team. all of the doctor's i have spoken to have been ki... read more
We took our dog last year in the early AM for emergency care. She was hospitalized for 2 days. It was twice the price of the other emergency vet we normally go to, but I will say the vets themselves gave great care. My 1 star review is because I will never forget receiving a call about a critical ultrasound that we were very on edge about. We asked about the results and the admin worker said we needed to pay first and then we could speak to the doctor.
