Sunday afternoon 4/9 at 4pm. The three tables that had 8+ people were served while the remaining tables were ignored. Kara was a nice waitress and the food was ok but it got very tiring of listening to the waitresses who were folding napkin talk crap about customers including the "hey hey I want a beer" waitress relive the same story for half an hour. I love their food ,only disappointed not potato skins. Their wait staff is awsome.
Service was bad food tasted like it was burnt and when we got done paying she was rude. Empty glasses and plates were never removed. Table was sticky when we got there.
The fried jalapenos are awesome, and we got excellent service from Claire �
Plenty of TVs wings were great, service was also, manager came by our table. Rachel did an excellent job
It took almost 2 hours to get my nachos, and the manager had to get them. They messed up almost all of our orders. The manager did make it right though.
I always come to this local Hooters.Since 2010,wonderful waitresses like Morgan,even though she stepped down as manager of the Pasadena location,to Reyna,Nadia,Abby,April,and two of my least favorites like Aspen and Trisha.They are so wonderful to me for all these years as a Hooters superfan.They even cheered me whenever I was down on some luck.The management team like Ruben,Amy,Mark and Arthur,who is doing a great job in keeping the store and the Hooters Girls in check.The food,the wings,and even the service were great! Well that is probably gonna be the last time we go to this hooters. It's really gone down hill from the glory days. Our waitress kept forgetting things with our order even though she had it written down in her book. Forgot my fried pickles while I was waiting for my mom to show up 20 mins later, forgot my moms fries with her food. Double charged her for sauces even though it came with her wings. Just not the experience I'm used to when dining at hooters.
Ask for April, she is the best server in the place and the food is delicious and prompt! Will definitely be back for more
