For a first timer at this location, I am pretty disappointed. I have never experienced such a horrible service. We waited to be served for ten minutes, and no one around. I would comprehend if it was was busy, but on the contrary too much staff and no decent service. Unfortunately, I won't dare to come back nor recommend this place.
We eat at Hooters in Webster probably once a week and love it but today was the absolute worst service ever!!!!!

Food & service sucked. The managers breath stunk like alcohol. Disappointed.
We've typically had great service here, but tonight's service was TERRIBLE! Waitress didn't bother to introduce herself, simply asked if we knew what we were drinking. Took our drink orders and left. Came back to give us our drinks and left again and didn't come back to take the rest of the order until 15 mins had passed by. Took 45 minutes to get our food and it was cold. They may have keep their support for Hillary to themselves sense it look like their having a lot of negative post on it I want be going there no more
I called in an order of fried pickles to go and be picked up. When I asked the guy on how much the fried pickles would feed he said 3 to 4. Maybe if I had a full meal but he should have been specific.. the amount of fried pickles is pitiful!! It couldn't feed myself (I'll admit I eat more but clearly in shape) this is $6? Then reevaluate this establishment!
I didn't get my food for a hour while everyone else was eating their food. Service was bad.
