The waitress sucked big time and we didn't even have a big table ... brought food out that was cold and never even checked on us not even for a refill.. To top it off it wasn't even busy! Definetely won't be back anytime soon ... save yourself the stress and go to another wing spot ... sucks because I used to love this location 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 They've gone wayyyy down hill
Lets see Nobody was at the door to greet us service sucked waitress checked on us maybe twice pass us right up after we complained the first time. We probably had 2 other members who help us so i didn't like it one bit just this location i guess sucks. Pluckers will be our new spot i guess
It was a funny and memorable experience when the lady hooters crew sung with me a happy birthday and I was told to fly fly fly since I have to act like their logo which is an owl bird. I am previllege that our ship has a voyage here so were able to stroll around houston and were glad we choose Hooters. Lady crew's were very accomodating and warm with their welcome and foods are excellent.Lots of channel to see. Customers may not bore. Because of that I will gave 5 for my ratings...
Awful service. Food was wrong and waited an hour. Won't go back!
My boys had a great time.....it was a birthday and father celebration....we had a great time and the food was great.....the price was perfect for all 6 of us.....we will go back again...
Was there yesterday after my husbands eye appt. I must say I was happy. They sat us down quick drinks and had our food out quickly. My server was Trisha always checking on us polite and most of all always had a smile on her face. Manager even checked on us. I will go back
Food was great I think Shelby was our hooter waitress she was excellent
Went in for lunch with my wife her cousin and his spouse. Our server Hunter was great! Friendly attentive and made sure our drinks stayed full! Had a great time food was very good and hot
Awesome time watching the game and Julisa our server was great and went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated.
