We came here for Mother's Day. The restaurant was not even packed and my children and I stood there for maybe 10 minutes before we were even greeted. Waitresses and the manager walked by without even acknowledging us. More people came in and we were all pretty disgusted at the wait even though there were plenty of empty tables. Use to be my favorite place, took a long time to get sat then waited at least 29 minutes to get greeted! Absolutely terrible!
Food was terrible. Fries tasted hard & old like they were reheated. Very disappointing and the girls act like they hate their jobs.
Never got my fried pickles, waitresses smelled my wings ,and food was cold ,never asked about refills
If I could give no stars, I would. My family came in to eat, and we sat there for over 10 minutes. No one greeted us, or came to the table. The restaurant was not busy, and there was plenty of waitresses. 4 waitresses were huddled around a table with one gentleman seated at it. Of those four, one of the girls was eating. We had to ask the hostess to find our server. When a waitress finally came by she went directly to the table where two guys were seated and already had food and beer!
