This is the worst experience I have ever had at Hooters in Webster, TX. I can’t even begin to explain the horrible service from our waitress... and to top it off, the food was horrendous!
We ordered our food at 7:42, it is now 8:38, and guess what, STILL NO FOOD! Now mind you, our order consisted of 18 wings and 4 sliders. We mentioned it to the manager and was told, the kitchen is backed up, well this place isnt even half full, like I literally see 10 empty tables around us..... this is ridiculous!
Our waitress was Courtney she took our drink order quick then after that it all went to hell a different waitress brought our appetizers to us we didn’t get silverware til 10 minutes later then Courtney just walked by sat them on the table and kept walking we waited another 10-15 minutes and ended up having to waive her down to take our order after that she never came back to our table just walked around we had to ask other waitresses for refills I’ll never come back to this hooters again and the worst part about it all it w... read more
Don’t know who the fry cook was tonight but it was the best we’ve had in several years. He knew what extra crispy meant. Delish!

The worst service ever. The waitress was apparently new, the bar was apparently sucking, the kitchen apparently didn’t know what they were doing... we tried to be patient but when you have to wait for 20+ minutes for drinks and the food orders are wrong and are coming out one at a time if at all, well even a saint would lose their patience. The worst thing was we were there for my nephew’s bday and it was ruined.
I took my son today for his birthday to have the girls sing him happy birthday. That part did happen. But before that happened the waitress started out good, very nice ,but I guess because we had a large party .She couldn't speak up to say that she couldn't handle it and reach out for help. Then when we got frustrated and commented on our frustration and even apologized about expressing our frustration . The manager comes and even makes it worse with a horrible attitude. They weren’t even busy. Kitchen took 45 minutes to serve the food. When the food came out. I ordered lemon pepper. No seasoning. No favor. It was horrible. My wife’s food was just as bad. To go order was terrible. Hooters has really gone down. I should have gone to Pluckers. Which is right across the freeway.
