I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! First off the wait staff won't help you if it's not there tables!!!! Are waitress took 30 minutes to get ranch to us!!! Then turns around and talks shit about us to the table behind us!!!
I am only giving 2 stars because the Nachos we ordered were good. But that is all we got to eat. Our waitress was Hayleigh. took our order fairly quickly. then it was probably 30 to 40 minutes before we saw her again. Still no food. said our order was behind a party. My son informed me after taking our order she went and talked to another table for a long time. after waiting another 10 minutes or so we asked for our check. manager saw what was going on but never came to table. (by the way saw no party in the restraunt)
Apparently it hasn't improved. Our waitress was a sweetheart. The service however was slow. She did get everything right, the food was hot. This was my first time at this location and if I ever go to Hooters again, I'll drive all the way to Humble. It wasn't very impressive to watch a waitress get catty with the hostess on how to do her job. Frankly, if she'd gotten off her ass instead of being a little bitch maybe there wouldn't be so many complaints about bad service.
This is probably the worst hooters in Houston. Every time my friends or I come here we have problems with the wait staff. They are slow and awful. This last time was the last straw. My friend and I were seated and waited for over 20 min without one waiter coming over to see if we needed anything to drink or to see if we were ok. We will not be coming back to this hooters again.
Horrible service. Stood in front of hostess 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Once our order was taken our waitress never checked on us but had checked on the tables full of males plenty of times. Finally after 45 minutes she asked if we needed anything and I said we would like our food. Two tables who came in after us had already gotten their food. We never got an apology. I hadn't been there in a decade and I now remember why.
Service was poor. Food was sitting in the back too long so it wasn't hot. Use to be much better here.
