The truth! Make reservations and because a party of 12 came in before us and complained to the manager, he sat them and we had to wait 40 minutes.. from appetizers to meal all wrong and cold...smh right
Food was cold, beer was old and waitress didn’t know her own name. Excuses from every complain we had, will not be back.
I had a pickup order that I was told wasn't ready when I arrived. I waited an additional 20 mins to find out it had been ready, she just overlooked it. I was given cold food and the waitress didn't care. When I got home I saw that I was given half wings and drumsticks when I paid extra to have drumsticks only. I'm really disappointed in the service at this location. I won't be back.
The service was to slow and the chicken Cesar salad was wilted from the chicken being so hot it began to cook the lettuce NASTY.
Terrible service!! Most of the tables were full of trash and the waitresses never stopped to pick anything up and just kept piling trash on these tables as they walked by. They were to worried about being social. Took forever for anyone to acknowledge us and the kicker was it wasn’t even busy. Also the manager was incompetent and useless. We will never go to this location again.
More than 20 minutes waiting for a margarita that never showed up. Don't know about food as it never showed either. We won't go here again when desiring wings.
Making their employees come to work KNOWING THERE WAS A CATEGORY 4 HURRICANE THAT MADE LANDFALL. Now those poor girls are stranded and their cars are GONE. Money is more important to corporate. And they managers who made these girls work should be ashamed of themselves.
Yesterday met up with an old High school friend. Then some other friends caught up with us,ended up being a party of 4,waitress Kristen,was Great check up on us regularly. Food was great !! Wings were a good size and hot!!! And the waitress kept the drinks & shots coming,two thumbs Up !!! Enjoyed the evening!
Great food and the service was very good. Wonderful time
