Horrible service, order beer waited 15 mins for beer and waited 20 mins to order..
Hooters in Orland Park is the best Hooters in the Chicagoland area! It is a fun place to go with your friends to watch Sporting events.
Good Stuff Always!
Second time we have been there in a few months where the service is slow, forgetful and resembles that of 12year olds. My wings were soaked in sauce and one order was supposed to be medium but was mild. Drink refills took forever, when our waitress bothered to come around. Horrible.
Very disappointed. Waited 50min for take out order l. Got it home was wrong and cold. Looked at receipt to call our server was "Evil-Lynn" cute....

Haven't gone back since our horrible experience on Sept 8th. The manager that night walked away from my husband before he could even say one thing. Service was horrible, newer waitress didn't care, said manager would be over and never came to table. Food was cold even after sending it back and watched the cooks laugh and joke around as the waitress explained. Have been going there since it opened at least once a week. Not any more!
