We have tried several times thinking it was the cook but once again our food was cold and the place was empty. The reason i gave this place 2 stars was because our server was exceptional! Karla was the best and this was the best service we have ever had there. Our servers usually ignore us but Karla treated us like people! Needless to say she was well compensated since i know how hard the service industry is. If managers are reading this Karla is YOUR best server!
Never had a bigger hair in my food until I came here. I literally had my girlfriend dangle it in front of the manager and all they said was "we will bring you a new order" lol what a joke will never go back
We will not be back! Our waitress ignored us n took 50 minutes for food when only a quater of the resturant was full!! We have been coming to this location for 10 years n wonder if there is new managment because it has never been like this!!

I have NEVER had a bad experience at hooters until tonight. The family I nanny for took my boyfriend and I out for their Dads and sons birthday because they know we love it and they had a MISERABLE experience. Our waitress didn't even take our drink order until 20 minutes later, our drinks came 30 minutes after that and our appetizer NEVER came until we asked for a manager to explain the situation. Beautiful ladies in here specialy Mary the Bartender she is very nice. She made my day. Food takes little bit longer but not her fault. She takes good care of her guest! 5 star for her.

It was good food.But the service was slow.Had to wait 30-45 minutes just to get our food.I don't know if they focus on one order at a time,but it seems like taking a ticket number at a bakery.Once your number is called your food is served! Could have been faster!
