Great time again, my sons favoriate place to go to eat!
Food took over an hour . Horrible service. Cold food once we got it and got fries 20 minutes after the main course

We got there at 3 pm and didn't get out of there until 430 pm. Food was cold, had to send it back 3 times before we got hot food. The sevice was fine, but when she indicated that the manager himself was re making our food and it still came out cold. Not once did a manager visit our table. disappointed that it took 4 attempts to get it right. Use to be one of my favorite places to eat, but last several times have not been good experiences.

My fiancé and I ordered boneless wings,buffalo shrimp,and buffalo chicken dip last night for dinner and I will say the food was crap. I've seen chicken nuggets from McDonald's that were bigger than the wings. The dip was OK,but I would hardly consider it a chicken dip considering you could barely find chicken in it. And the shrimp,well I ordered a 10 piece and only got 8. What a waste of my time and money,I will definitely not be back and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there either. Wings are way to small ! Rip off. But used to be good
Order was wrong, service was bad, food portions got smaller, and food made us sick. Definitely will not be going back.

Great food, Buffalo chicken sandwich, wings and shrimp. Awesome!!
Buffalo shrimp was on point, wings were good and fries was fresh out the grease aways a good thing. Mad I forgot my server name but she was awesome and the Irish Rita is my drink now.
Went there with my family, we are frequent hooters goers, and we were extremely disappointed. Had to send the food back twice because it was ice cold. This is twice in a row this has happened. I love hooters but I don't think I'll be going back to this one.
