I was at this location just last night at 10pm after a long day at work. I was seated st the bar for a "simple" carry out. The female bartender ignored me after I was seated for 15 minutes while she straightened out menus, wiped the bar down, and replaced paper towels. She told me she'd be with me in a minute.... When she FINALLY came to take my order, she was still wiping the bar. Server was awesome. Food was Terrible. We received our food 50 minutes after we ordered and when we got it, shrimp was Cold and sauce was dried out( didn't send those back) but we sent the boneless back because that was Cold too. Cheese sticks were not spun in our requested sauce but whatever with that we still kept them. Lesson learned, when you order food from there make sure you tell them you want everything fresh, not just a cold batch sitting there waiting to be spun in a sauce and served

The server was very nice very sweet girl however the chicken when we got it was very dry and rubbery no juice to it at all . By the time we got our appetizers fried pickles they were only lukewarm Normally we have a good experience when we go there but this time it just wasn't all that good.

Horrible services... same bad service I've had last time i ate here 15 years ago. Place never changed....really disappointed!
Very disappointed with the fried pickles. Must of changed recipe. Not good.
slow service and missed orders cold food and warm beer. I wouldn't recommend this location

Service was terrible. Took forever to get food to the table when they did it was cold and the order was wrong, messed up the kids meals and took way too long to fix a burger and fries! We were never offered refills on drinks, barely saw the waitress, but always saw it least 3-4 waitresses standing by the entrance talking to each other. They did take 1 kids meal off the check but never saw the manager. Terrible service with below average food will not be returning or recommending to anyone!
I took my kids out for dinner yesterday an I ordered the loaded tater tot's they was cold an also 20 911 wings an BBQ they was cold The waitress was very polite area was clean but the food was horrible
