I’ve been going to hooters for about 20 years. Never once have I complained about the service. Until now. The service at this location was SO bad the two times we went there this past week that it’s laughable. Our appetizers were cold. Our food was cold and had to be sent back this time. Our drinks were served warm. My husbands beer was not in frosty cold mugs. Our server this time named Lucy didn’t even apologize. She laughed sheepishly and asked if it really was cold. How pathetic. The food was hot and delicious. The service was also good. Nice atmosphere.
Yes the busboy jumped under our table with two cups trying to catch a mouse and then our food comes cold, then they forget to reorder our food. No apologies. Worst dining experience in my life.

i had a good time service was great even though the waitress forgot the shrimp but she quickly fixed it and all was well�
Worst dining experience I've had in quite some time. Food for three was served, and had to ask for eating utensils for each. Instead of bringing back the normal fork, knife and spoon for each diner that folks normally get, by default, at most other restaurants; the server comes back with three forks. When I pointed out that I needed something to cut the steak sandwich she served, the server became visibly miffed that she had to go back and get a knife. I was not satisfied with my server :( she was so awkward to look at :(
We (2) stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes before the manager came to us to be seated then when we got to the booth where he put us we seen that the table was dirty and he grabbed 2 menus put them down covering up salon sugar piles on the table then we asked the waitress if she could wipe the table down for us and she wipes it down getting us covered with the dirt.

This was the first time I've ever had a horrible experience at this location. First I wasn't acknowledged for 15 minutes because the waitress thought someone was gonna help me since the shifts were changing or something like that. Doesn't matter if this was your table previously you can still acknowledge the customer and let us know someone will be assisting us shortly. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!!! Service was slow....waited 45 minutes for our order which was wrong! 11 TOTAL people sitting at bar where there were TWO bartenders! Ridiculous
